District Convention ASL

Yay! We went to District  Convention. It was awesome! ASL had their own special releases. Faith in Action dvd 1 & 2 are now released with an interpreter signing at the bottom of the screen for the deaf. The cartoon released for kids also signed with interpreted parts by adults and kids signing in the bottom of the screen, the new brochure for service in full ASL! AND Genesis will be released in ASL in Sept as the first book of the bible from the Hebrew scriptures to be translated into ASL! SO AWESOME! Here are a couple pics of us from the Convention. We also had a young sister from our hall baptized, her mom is deaf and was baptized only four or five years ago!

 Andrew had matching socks and tie, he actually matched and was not wrinkled! WE had to take a pic of this momentous occasion... haahaahaa!

 If you are wondering why we all look so shiny in these pics, here's why.. This is the Norco Hall packed to the gills with 1800 people all signing, moving and flapping their arms vigorously and or talking, hugging and visiting and SWEATING!

We all had so much fun together. Wish you all could have been there with us! It was such a treat. We felt the love from the Governing Body and Jehovah himself so much this weekend! AWESOME!
