We were so happy to join this faithful older brother and a few Bethelites in his room up in the infirmary for family Wt study. The association afterwards was so upbuilding! He has been in Bethel for over 50 years.

Set the Ballet
At the end of our first day we went to the Ballet. First time for me, D, & Jody to see a ballet. We liked it!
Rain storm dash
So we had an awesome tour at the Metropolitan Museum, The Woman & the seed bible prophecy tour which matches bible prophecy to the archeology displays & highlights some pieces that have been used in our publications. It was so encouraging. Afterwards we hit up Starbucks and meet some friends of Jody and walked to Central Park. It was beautiful... Then the clouds rolled in and the thunder and lightning, everyone scurried from the park like ants, meaning finding a taxi for 6 people was not going to happen. Then the New Yorker sister flagged down this guy, a gypsey cab & we stuffed 4 guys and me in the back seat plus the sister up front! The crowded, humid feeling reminded us of the DR.

Special Assembly Day
It was a beautiful, refreshing assembly!
D & Nate had the beautiful privilege of sharing in the baptism for the first time! I cried happy proud tears. We have 11 newly baptized ones.

We are having so much fun! We are helping on the remodel here and although I am just in personnel and all I do is check people in at the site and print badges I'm still having so much fun! It's amazing to just be with your brothers all day involved in hard work as volunteers bringing praise to Jehovah's name!

Yes you'll notice AJ has her ears all plugged up. Why? Well during the assembly we all wore those ear plugs. It helps us because it forces us to sign more since we cant hear those talking with their voices and cant hear ourselves either. Also during the assmebly its so quiet that any sound can be very distracting. So it helps us to pay attention!
