To translate, this says. Pioneering is like walking on water, we can't do it with out Jesus supplying us the Holy Spirit. Also we are here in foreign language or foreign assignment because Jesus said to you, "Come! You Can do it, I'll help you." Same as when Peter got out of the boat after Jesus commanded him to come. Peter walked on water because of Holy Spirit and only started sinking, or failing, once his faith became weak. We too can succeed in our assignment as long as we don't allow our faith to become weak as we depend on the Holy Spirit.
